Generally speaking, the more expensive a property is, the larger it is likely to be, and therefore, the longer it is likely to take to inspect and prepare the report. As in any profession, 'time is money' so, the higher the value of a property, the higher the fee is likely to be.

Whilst the tables below are not a scale of fees, they will give you a good indication of the cost of a survey or valuation, although every case is quoted for individually and fees may, therefore, vary depending on the circumstances.
